Micro Processing Technology, Inc. (MPT) was founded in 1996 to develop and build computer control systems for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The company is a member of the National Instruments Alliance Program to provide complete, high-quality virtual instrumentation solutions to customers. Combining top talents in wafer dicing, equipment engineering, and customer support, MPT offers a breakthrough with its patented technologies for dicing your valuable wafers.

MPT is located in the San Francisco bay area just south of the beautiful Napa and Sonoma wine countries and north of the high-tech Silicon Valley.

Meet Our Founder and Key Personnel:

P.C. Lindsey, Founder and President
Mr. Lindsey leads technology development at Micro Processing Technology. He has over thirty years experience in the semiconductor industries. He was the founder and CEO of two previous successful semiconductor equipment companies. Prior to these business ventures, he held key technical positions at Texas Instruments, Motorola, Avantek, MACOM, and Tegal. Mr. Lindsey received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from M.I.T.

Patricia Mendell, Director of Administration
Ms. Mendell leads customer service and business administration at Micro Processing Technology. Her educational background centers on business and marketing. She has an uncanny aptitude for product marketing and creating excellent long-term customer relations. We, at MPT, are proud to have Patricia Mendell on our team in helping to navigate and chart the course we are making for our new product which will change the way the “high-tech” industry conducts business.

Jeff Atkinson
Mr. Atkinson is the key product development principal of the scribe dicing system at Micro Processing Technology. Mr. Atkinson has over ten years experience in the wafer dicing field. He is the founder and principal of SurvUs Co. that has provided scribe-dicing services since 1990s to many companies including Alpha Industries, NDI, Conextant, Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies, MACOM, Texas Instruments, and General Electric. Prior to SurvUs, Mr. Atkinson held technical position in process and equipment development for Dynatex.

Eric Pan
Mr. Pan is responsible for technical marketing and sales of the scribe dicing system at Micro Processing Technology. Mr. Pan has over twenty years experience in the semiconductor industries. He founded Meridian Deployment Corp. (MDC) in 2003 to provide consulting, publishing, and training services. Prior to MDC, he held technical and senior management positions at Skyworks Solutions, NDI, Samsung, Spectrian, and Hughes. Mr. Pan received a B.S. degree in Applied Physics from Caltech and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from M.I.T.
